Near-real time total ozone

Total ozone in near-real time from GOME, SCIAMACHY and OMI

The total ozone column based on OMI, SCIAMACHY and GOME data are delivered in near-real time. The total ozone column is retrieved with DOAS-type algorithms, OMDOAO3 for OMI, TOSOMI for SCIAMACHY, TOGOMI and GOFAP for GOME.

Notes:

The fast-delivery GOME data is based on the GOFAP algorithm applied on EGOI header data from the ESA groundstations.
Since 22 June 2003 there are problems with the ERS-2 satellite and because of that not all data of the GOME measurements is received; for details see News on ERS at ESA.
